These terms apply to the public MakMaw website. DD OS is entering private pilot testing and is not offered for unrestricted public production use through this website at this time.

Information on this website is provided for general business and product information. Features, availability and product details may change as pilot testing and development continue.

No general production service commitment

Descriptions of software capabilities do not constitute a commitment to provide a particular feature, release date, service level or unrestricted production availability.

Intellectual property

The MakMaw name, website content, screenshots and product materials are owned by MakMaw or used with permission. They may not be copied or redistributed for commercial use without permission.

Third-party services

MakMaw products may integrate third-party services such as mapping, communications, infrastructure and payment providers. Use of those services may also be subject to the provider's terms.

Pilot and software agreements

Operators participating in pilots or using a production MakMaw product will be subject to separate product, subscription, privacy and data-processing terms appropriate to that service.
