No production service commitment

Descriptions of planned software capabilities do not constitute a commitment to provide a particular feature, release date, service level or production availability.

Intellectual property

The MakMaw name, website content and product materials are owned by MakMaw or used with permission. They may not be copied or redistributed for commercial use without permission.

Third-party services

Future MakMaw products may integrate third-party services such as mapping, communications, infrastructure and payment providers. Use of those services may also be subject to the provider's terms.

Future software agreements

Operators participating in pilots or using a production MakMaw product will be subject to separate product, subscription, privacy and data-processing terms appropriate to that service.
